We have quite a lot of younger patients at the practice, so Samina’s daughter Amelia wanted to create a Kids’ Corner to share some fun health facts with them! All of our GPs are very experienced with babies, children and young adults and in many cases have looked after their patients’ health needs from birth all the way into adulthood. The majority of our doctors also have families of their own, giving them irreplaceable first-hand experience.
We should all eat a balanced diet, which means eating different types of food.
This list will help you work out what food group everything you eat is in and give you ideas for eating things from different groups!
